Terms of use · Effective August 20, 2026

A fair table needs a few house rules.

By using MoodRecipe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Informational use

MoodRecipe provides recipes, editorial guidance, and discovery tools for general informational purposes. Content is not medical, nutritional, mental health, or other professional advice. Mood labels describe a creative eating occasion and do not promise to diagnose, treat, or change a health condition.

Food safety and individual needs

You are responsible for ingredient suitability, allergies, dietary restrictions, food handling, cooking temperatures, equipment safety, and supervision. Nutrition values, times, and serving sizes are estimates and can vary. Consult a qualified professional for individual health or dietary needs.

Permitted use

You may use the site and cook from its recipes for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may link to a page and quote a short excerpt with clear attribution. You may not scrape, republish, sell, systematically reproduce, train a competing dataset from, or remove ownership notices from substantial portions of the site without permission.

User submissions

When you send feedback or corrections, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You allow MoodRecipe to use that feedback to respond, correct content, protect the service, and improve recipes without an obligation to compensate you. Do not submit confidential or unlawful material.

Third party services and advertising

The site may rely on third party hosting, storage, analytics, consent, and advertising providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Advertising, if introduced, will be distinguished from editorial content; an ad does not imply MoodRecipe’s endorsement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error free content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodRecipe is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the publication changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be submitted through Contact.
